| I have purchased a spoiler for my MDX but am not sure if I want to do it myself fearing to drill the wrong holes or using the wrong size drill bit. How hard is it to do it yourself and is there any potential risks involved? Thanks. |

You can find several threads on installing spoilers including pictures.
Biggest risk of course, is drilling too big a hole or drilling it in the wrong place.
But take your time, get the CORRECT drill bits, and it should be a breeze. Most of us had cold feet at first at the thought of drilling through a body panel. But if anyone made a mistake, we have not heard about it. :4: |

prdmdxownr,
Not to worry. Follow the instructions on the link below. I know it can be a bit unnerving drilling holes into your new MDX, but take your time. Use sharp drill bits and a good power drill. Center punch the holes, and slowly work your way up in drill bit sizes. I installed the tailgate deflector on my MDX, and the tailgate spoiler is very similar. Good luck.:29:
