| As many of you know from my first review, I've been enjoying the satelite radio. No to static and yes to free speech. However, I was showing off the stereo to this girl. This great techno song ended and all of a sudden this commercial for male hair loss comes on, which is an uncomfortable silence. At first I thought it was a spoof because one of the main reasons I went with Sirius is that they advertise over and over as commercial free. The commercial went on for at least 30 seconds and it was very awkward. She goes "I thought you said its commercial free?" I didn't know how to respond. Since then I heard just that one commercial many times and no others. Should I call Sirius because I feel as though they misrepresented their product and this can be the start of a whole new wave of commercials. Am I just over reacting? Should I call Sirius and annoy them? |

| Sirius has over 100 streams of audio. 61 of those streams are "music" oriented. Those 61 streams are commercial free. The remaining 40+ streams have commercials. |

| That could be just the start of things to come. DirecTV also was commercial-free when it started. Look at it now - commercials ad nauseam. |

You're right. I just read over all the paperwork and found the asterik. At least the commercials they do play are few and far between. Overall I still highly recommend Sirius. |

| On Feb 1 XM Radio's 68 music channels went commercial free. You still get commercials on the 32 News, Sports, Talk & Entertainment channels which are mostly TV and radio feeds (CNN, MSNBC, ESPN Radio, etc) |

Huh? DirecTV has always caried other Cable channels - which almost all have commercials. How could it be commercial free? |
