I will be traveling through Pennsylvania to NYC, and I am not sure if it is legal in Pennsylvania because I know in NY it is fine, but as for Pennsylvania I will have to ask the people who lives there.

Some info I found.
"detectors are legal in every state except Virginia and are not legal in Washington, DC, and that ban, by default, extends to jammers. Also, as detectors are legal in all states but Virginia and the District of Columbia, radar jammers are illegal in California, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Minnesota" |

| No cellphones without handsfree in NJ as well....the saving grace in NJ is that talking on the cellphone will driving is a secondary offence, and unless you have committed any other violation, you will not be pulled over if a cop sees you talking on your cellphone while driving ! |
