Long story short. I live in Northern VA. I've called and/or visited several dealers in the general area (talked to one in West VA too). So far, the best deal I can find is $1,500 off of MSRP.
I'm looking at getting an MDX with Touring which goes for $39,545.00 MSRP - the $1,500, so I'm looking at about $38,000.00.
I'm beginning to think this is the best I can do around here. What do you guys think....should I go ahead and do the deal?

$1500 off isn't bad. You're not going to get as much off of a touring without nav and/or res, IMHO. I was able to get $2500 off with navi from Jones Acura in Lancaster, PA. It was a drive for me (As it would be for you), but I did the entire deal over the Internet and never walked into the showroom except to sign papers and leave.
The way I did it was by sending an email to dealers in a fifty mile radius, advertising the current best offer I had and asking if anyone could beat it. Jones did by $500 and I was set. |

I called Vance and he said he could get me 1,500 off and will try to get it down lower. Said he'd get back to me tomorrow. Also told me to tell you thanks for sending business his way. Looks like I could be taking a road trip :roadtrip: |
