I've got an idea since we've got so many football oficionados. Why don't we do a football pool next year wherein we all chip in 5 or 10 points a week and collectively place a bet on only one game.
We can debate it back and forth until we decide on our best bet of the week. Then, if we win, we roll it over into the next week.
We then cash out once we collectively agree or try to make it roll out for the entire season. |

Sounds good. My group at work for the last several years has used ESPN and the Pigskin Pickem pool. It is easy and you can use point spreads or not, etc and pick each game every week. And if you are actually good at it you can win prizes from them. (I never had to worry about that. :( ) It is free and all you have to do is sign-up, like any other website. You can make it a private group where someone needs the password to join the group.
Maybe someone can "add" that type of functionality to this site! I guess you can have 14-15 weekly polls for picking the winner of each game. Lots of choices! |

Two issues:
1. How do we collect the weekly kitty. I suggest paypal. I'll volunteer my account since I am established and would not run off with the money. (Not it imply any member would).
2. More importantly, with whom do we lay the weekly ante? |
