Do most Acura dealerships offer you (the customer) a loaner vehicle if you bring your car in for service? I have a Subaru and was told at time of purchase that if I had a problem and serviced the car with them they would give me a loaner while I wait. I have serviced it on multiple occasions but dealer always says they dont have anything to lend out and then offer me a discount at a local rental company.
Is this something that you need to work into the deal and have them put it in writing,in order to hold them liable for it ?
Is it something that just sounds good when there selling you a car but actually never happens? What has been your experiences with this?
Thanks,
BF.. |

| Do a search, this topic has been covered. But to give you the gist, it really depends on the dealer more so, than Acura. Based on responses some will give you the crappiest cars, rentals with little gas. Others like the one I go to will give you a new car to test drive ( I drove a TSX the last time) sometimes with 3/4 or a full tank and not request to fill er up. |

I have always received a loaner car whenever I go in for service. It may take longer to schedule because you need one though.
If you are concered, have it written on your deal |

| My dealership provides a loaner for any significant service or repairs. As a general rule a simple 20-30 minute oil change is the only exception. |
