I got my metra wires at Best Buy's car audio install shop behind the store. I think they were $5 apeice and have absolutely nothing to do with the ability of the NAV to work with aftermarket speakers. They just make the connection a snap-in rather than a wire cutting job.
I don't know the model number I got but the installer should know which works with your car.
