I installed a Panavise for a cell phone holder last week and everything went well until I put it back together. I broke the top horizonital vent bar (not sure what it is called) on the left hand vent
I spoke to Ray Laks (not Tim) and they said I had to buy the whole vent and it was $100.00. Anyone have a "spare" one? Any ideas on where I can just buy the broken piece?

You can search on the web (or phone book) for wrecking yards. Most have country wide networks to help you find the part. I am sure there are a fair number of good vents sitting in junk yards in MDXs that have been totalled. Not that there a lot of totalled MDXs, but heck there have been a few shown here on the forum, so there have to be some out there!
Have the part number and exact name handy. |
