The difference in safety standards in Russia when it came to plants such as Chernobyl, or test launches of rockets, pales compared to the requirements in the US. One reason military/government programs are so expensive. It is not cheap to do things right.

Given all that, you still need competent procedures and well trained personnel to carry them out. (ala Three Mile Island)....

This is one reason the US Navy has been able to carry on successful nuclear warship programs for well over 4 decades. And why it cost billions to develop and maintain them as well.

There is something wrong with these pages, angelfire or lycos. While viewing NIS blocked an intrusion, MSSQL_Null_Packet_DoS, that got passed my hw firewall.
