Tire Protection? - Click HERE for Original Thread

After having the X for just over a month, it has been in for service due to an annoying whistle, has had chip in the windshield repaired, and has had a tire replaced. What Luck!!!

It was not until I found a BOLT in one of my tires that I realized it. No Road Hazard Protection on the Mich Cross terrain’s! Damn! Damn! Damn! :3:

So, the tire was not salvageable, of course… The salesperson at Merchant’s tire & auto center quoted me $188 for the tire. I told her to give me a minute while I phoned my wife to find out what Tim was asking. The Salesperson beat Tim’s price. :4:

But wait, there’s more! Not only did I get road hazard protection on the new tire, but also for $22.99 apiece, I insured the other three. It includes, Lifetime Balance and Rotation and free flat repairs. I figure after two rotations, it will pay for itself.

If you have less than 5K miles you should consider obtaining some protection.

Thank you, cp_ssrebba for the .02 cents that borders on being obnoxious. :p

To state, “This forum is running out of gas,” would be redundant, but it appears to be true.:blahblah:

Any additional change would be appreciated…
