Assuming Honda Finance lease, what is the current residual value % on a 2004 MDX Touring 3 year 12k mile/year lease?

What is a decent money factor for the same?

Thanks!

I was quoted the following yesterday for the Base-X:

"residual on 36 months is 61% with .0022 money factor. 48 months residual is 54% with money factor of .002. "

I am also being quoted a bank fee of $595 - has anyone else been quoted this? Thanks.

Market reality has finally stepped in on the MDX.

I have a base '03 MDX that I leased in November, 2003.

At that time residual for 48 months was 59% (for Touring 3% less) and money factor .00225 (5.4%)

Your money factor is .0022 (5.28%) Shop around, you might be able to do better.

Even though this is April, the residual have dropped by 5%. But this is more in line with current resale values. In fact, I doubt your '04 MDX will be worth 54% of MSRP in 4 years!

All the more reason to lease! Take advantage of that high (read factory supported) residual!
