It was new car time. I looked at several makes/models but I decided on this. I believe most of you will think I made a good choice... :) ...

Thanks EXCALIBUR. Since my wife got the MDX, I get the TL... but I'll share. :D

bzboy, I've seen pictures of the A-spec, in fact I think there is a member on here who has one and it looks awesome but it was a little too much for me so I didn't really consider it.

luvdodo, thanks for the reminder, I'll update it now.

Very nice. . . I really like the color

it really is a good car, pity we don't get the TL here down here in Australia, nor the ACURA mark.
well, just looked at the pic, the car you had next to the TL which is covered. by the shape of it, i looks like a NSX to me ;) ~~ what you guys think!

I'm guessing it would be the 2002 Corvette Coupe (fun car).:4:

jamchen, I was in Sydney past 3 days and saw 2 MDXs....naturally I thought Acura was sold down under....surprised to hear that Acura is not sold in Australia.....did see some Ford "Falcons" however....that name has been dead in the US for years....fascinating to see the various model names in Japan ("Saloon" and VW "V5" and "President"), Australia and now in Singapore....

Bingo EXCALIBUR. I'm facing the which car gets left outside dilemma and right now I'm afraid the vette is the loser. :( What better incentive to get me to clean out the 3rd car garage. :D
greatscot
Congrats on that new TL, very nice. A friend just got a white TL and it's excellent, so I'll be looking the TL over when we turn in the Camry someday. Roll on "someday", wish you were here now.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. This car really is awesome. Besides the general performance & luxury a few features stand out that will be interesting to see if they make it onto the MDX in the next couple of years.

1. The DVD-Audio surround-sound system is fantastic.

2. XM Radio is great. Probably one of those thing that in a few months I'm going to be wondering how I lived without it.

3. 2 clicks of the remote and you can open all the windows and the sun roof. A nice feature as you're approaching the car on a hot day.

4. The Xenon HID headlights in this car are nice. Now I see why so many people where disappointed when the '04 MDX did not get them
