This is my second product from Pitts and Spitts. I am extremely pleased with the Ultimate Upright Smoker, now let's see how their Natural Gas Griller is.....

Head dead West to San Francisco for Memorial weekend ! I smoking a Turkey, then take that sucker and making a Smoked Turkey Gumbo with Andoullie sausage with peite oysters !

| Just got a call from a fellow in Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyywierd, I mean Hayward California ! My Custom built natural gas grill from Pitts and Spitts has arrived from Uselesston Texas. Let's hope this one is in one piece ! Now I have to figure out how to connect this puppy to the natural gas line......:confused: :confused: :confused: |

It arrived yesterday in one piece :13:
Put it in its new place, hooked it up and did grilled salmon and swordfish. It was fabulous !
I'm now ready for Memorial weekend cookout at Crazy J's (aka Fabvsix).
Menu for Sunday smoking:
Boneless primerib
Baby back ribs
Local made german Chicken/bellpepper sausage (outrageous)
Smoked cabbage, a Pitts and Spitts speciality.
Gas grill:
My famous Mexican yellow chicken (secret mix)
Greek marinated beef from Los Angeles (real local greek stuff-outrageous)
Drinks:
Gerrman Smoke Schrenkerla Bier !
