Does anyone know how much it costs in California for an MDX Brake Fluid flush at an Acura Dealer?

Am at 30% on the pads so I will be needing th replace that...Someone on the board said that the dealer wants $500.00!

Can I get this work done say at BrakeDepot for less and will this be warranted from the manufacturer? PLease let me know..Thanks!

500!!! Wow, can get a new brake system for that, almost.

I paid about $60 at a tire/wheel/brake place. Different car but same principle and was a 4 wheel disc system. That was a few years ago.
In reality, it is just glorified bleeding at all brakes until fluid runs clear.

I don't know about Brake Depot, but any mechanic you trust can do it. Once I do service on brakes and tires, I don't worry much about the dealer warranty. Acura would still be responsible for defective calipers, and the ABS hardware.

The same goes for a good alignment shop. If they find a defective idler arm, etc. They would stop the alignment and advise you to take it the dealer for warranty repair.
