My spouse was driving the X last week. While making a right hand turn and reducing the volume from the steering wheel, the volume increased instead of decreased. This was reaffirmed to ensure it wasn't just mistaken identity with the wheel upside down. I took the X for a test drive and could not duplicate it.
My X is 2003 picked up in 12/2002 with ~19,000 miles.
I took it to the dealer's shop and they performed "03-015A, Dimple Grounding on Steering Ground". I believe this may be a TSB reference number. :) :D
Anyone else have any similar experiences to mine or Jason M's? If so, any recurrences?

Anyone had the radio control problem with controls on steering wheel? Mine just started. You hit the volume button, and it changes the station. i see there is a TSB for that also. How about the steering wheel of center? I get quarterly updates on my shop software that has alll the new tsb's, i will keep my eyes open for anything new. |

| I had a similar experience with the steering wheel volume control. I was just going straight, tried to decrease the volume, the volume increased and it also increased when I tried to increase the volume. The problem was intermittent. I took the '04 X to the dealer for its 7.5K service and described the problem. The service manager was confused and said that he was not aware of this being a problem. They must have done something since the problem has not recurred. |

| mdx99 - I did not receive a TSB or bulletin number for this, however, the invoice I got did state "03-015A" as the reference number. I will see if I can get any new details. |

I took my 03 MDX to the dealer this morning, he seems to be awared of the problem and wrote down, "W 28ACZ" , part of warranty, no charge and also got a 04 TSX loaner, boy, that's a quite a sport car, has better interior than the X. plastic doesn't look as cheap either.:) |
