Hi guys!
I'm thinking about getting Enkei Zeus wheels in 20's chrome. This is the dimensions: 20X8.5 with a +44 offset. Will these fit on the MDX? Some local stores said that it will not fit and some said that it will fit. I even called a parts guy at the Acura dealership and he said that it should fit.
I did a search in the forum and did not find anything with a high offset.
If you have dubs and know, please let me know. Hopefully, I'll have some dubs by the end of the month!!!
Here is a really bad photoshop from me. Just wanted to give you an idea what it might look like. |

| I'm no expert, but I don't think they will fit, that seems too high of an offset. To be on the safe side, I'd stay around the +38 to +35 range. I have 9" wide rims with a +35 and I have about a 1/2" clearance between the tire and spring assembly. |

Have you gone on tirerack.com and clicked on all the MDX wheel options? You can see first-hand what they will look like on the vehilcle. Nice assortment, not sure they have this very wheel, but they will not show any that are a questionable fit. |

| you might get away with it but i wouldn't, for it to look nice and sweet you need a +35 off set on an '04. i know this since i just ordered mine and am getting mine on tomorrow. to make yourself feel better do a search on "mdx dub club" and look at everyone's rims and pm a few people and ask them what their offset is. i'm sure most will say +35. |

I don't think the fit will be correct. You don't want that bulldog look. 35 is perfect for the 04.............good luck!!!

Thanks for the feedback guys! I checked with some more local shop and they said that it should fit. I must have checked with 6 shops, one Acura dealer, and all over the internet.
I checked this website on the offset and it looks like the +35 offset sticks out more than the +45 offset. Check it out to see.

I think I'm going to check a few more things before I place the order tomorrow. I should be riding on them next week.
For those that have the Goodyear Eagle GTII tires in 275/45/20, how would you rate these tires? I read a lot of negative feedback on these tires. I'm might go with 255/55/20 in Nitto.
Wish me luck in the fitment!! |

Good luck on the fittiment, cuz you're gonna be cutting it real close with a +44 offset especially if you go with the 275/45 Goodyears.
IMHO, I don't like the look of the Goodyears. They look too "baloonish" to me. If I had to do it over again, I'd go with 265/45 Pirelli Scorpions. |
