Looking for a factory sub for the MDX. I am looking to install these in my RL instead of the 6x9's that are there now. I just want a little more bass, nothing too radical. I will have to cut some of the sheet metal under the back shelf, but I am going to keep it looking stock when done. Should be a good upgrade. I may or may not add a small amp to increase power to them. They should be more efficient, so the same power will likely give me more bass.
I don't know how good they will sound free-air, so I know I will probably be playing with various loading techniques after the initial install.
I am not new to the stereo game, but I am done installing $10k systems in my vehicles. Been there, done that. I ALWAYS do my own work, so if anyone is interested in how this turns out, e-mail me...
I am actually looking for a total of 2, but realize one person will probably not have 2, so I suppose I am looking for 2 people who have one to sell. |

I'm replacing the factory sub with a Polk within a few days , and will be glad to sell the original to you. My 2004 MDX has 2000 miles on it, and the sub is only 2 months old.
