I recently installed (done by an authorized dealer) the Pioneer AVIC-N1 on my 2004 MDX (non-BOSE). One of several things that got messed up is the AM reception. Searching through old threads and talking to a member here pretty much tell me that the antenna amplifier was not connected properly. I finally had time to open up the dash and confirmed that pin 1 of the audio unit is not hooked up. For those of you that installed after market headunit on you MDX, what did you connect to pin 1 (yel/wht wire Radio switched power)? Should I connect that to the ACC power wire or can I use the wire that powers the auto-antenna from the AVIC-N1?
Also, what is pin 3 (green/red radio remote switch) of the audio unit connector for?
