Just got the Xm Commander, I have not installed it yet. Anyone have any experience on this one. Any pics would really help..
Also any problems with this unit.

Thank you.

The Commander works great. Had a minor setback with the Blitzsafe now everything is working just fine.

Same here - Commander works well...first Blitzsafe gave out on me after a few weeks, but the guys at Logjam replaced without question. One observation: even with the Blitzsafe unit attached, I had to play with the FM frequency settings on the Commander to eliminate a slight "hiss" or "cassette tape" sound...once done, sounds perfect.

Enjoy!

Thanks you Gents, very good info.

To quote and very good older friend of mine "YOU HAVE TO PAY TO LISTEN TO RADIO NOW!!"

Thanks again.

You'll love the feature where you can save songs you like and have the Commander alert you when they come on. When you hear a song you like, just push and hold the big round button for about 2 seconds. It will then be saved in your "playlist" (I think you can store maybe 15 songs). If those songs in your playlist are ever being played on any channel, the Commander will beep (I wish this beep was louder) and all you have to do is push the big round button to go to that channel. Very nifty feature!

Ok, I got a question , I just talk to the guy at Logjam and he told me when you connect the Blitzsafe I lose my cd changer below the driver seat. My understanding was that you connect the Blitzsafe to the changer and connect your XM commander without losing the changer or getting behind the radio.

Thanks again.

There is a specific Blitzsafe unit that allows you to operate both the XM Commander and a CD changer - part # HON/XM DMX CMD V.1D. Once installed, you'll press the "CD" button once to play CD's, a second time to listen to XM. Ask for Terry (incredibly helpful) at Logjam (Blitzsafe has a parts list available for download if you'd like) if anyone has any questions...
