am coming out of a 3 year lease on a 2001 mdx touring model and thinking about a new lease of 2004 mdx with navi/dvd/towing package.....local dealer has quoted me about $730 per month for 3 years, 15k miles per year, with nothing down.
wondering if this seems like a reasonable deal. |

NO!
There are many posts on the current lease prices. $700 is very, very high.
Second, you will do better waiting for a 2005. The residuals on the 2005 will be greater than on a 2004, more than offsetting any additional (if any) discount you may receive on a 2004 above a 2005.

| $730 seems ludicrous to me. An MDX is supposed to worth 54 % of it's original value after 4 years. Or is it 5? I can't quite remember but, but in just 3 years, you would pay over 60% of the vehicle. Then you would turn it in, then the dealer ship would sell it to someone else at a very large profit. |
