I got a lease price for a new 2004 MDX Touring Model of $519 per month for 51 months with no money down. If I want the Entertainment System, it will cost me another $20-25 per month.
The leasing company offering the deal is taking care of my current lease return which is a 2001 Infiniti QX4. I will not have to pay the $350 disposition fee, $500 wear & tear damage, and approximately $300 in excess mileage.
I live in IL.
I have read the postings that suggest waiting until the 2005 model comes out to benefit from the residual, but my current lease is up in a week, so I don't have that option.
Any input would be greatly appreciated! |

Without seeing the actual numbers it is hard to say.
Recommend you go to: http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm
Another point: I strongly recommend a 48 month rather than a 51 month lease. You should never have a lease vehicle beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
Think of it this way: There is a major repair at the 49 month. Assume it costs $1000. You do the repair. In two months you turn in the car. That extra 3 months from 48 to 51 months now just cost you $1,000!

51 months? what an odd ball...
unless you planning to get out on 48th month or sale it yourself, it's a risky business... 3 months w/out warranty on 4+ yr old vehicle that is! |
