If you are really interested in the Myron & Davis, keep your eye on Ebay. I've seen a pair of new 7" Myron & Davis (not for MDX) sold for about $300 about 6 weeks ago. You can easily order the correct headrest and move the monitor over. |

Also found this deal: $399 for 2 Headrests with 2 7" Panasonic XGA monitors(higher resoultion at 800x 600). It looks like universal mount. I don't know if they will fit on MDX.
Update: this company has poor reseller rating, read this before you decide to order it from them. |

sushix: Check on ebay. They usually have the Myron Davis one on Ebay for about $15 before shipping. The built in wireless transmitter operates 2.3Mhz/2.8Mhz channel (Single Channel)

| I called anythingwholesaleaz and talk to one of the sales. He told me they have all the custome headrest monitors in stock and they usually ship it next day. They sounds like a reputable reseller to me. BTW if you may want to get security covers for your headrests. The sales told me the cover is $24 but it is only $9.99 at their website. |

| sushix, the headphones in your post are FM and will work with the Myron & Davis headrests as long as the optional wireless FM modulator is used, however wireless FM in a car is usually not as good as IR. Also, if the tuning is done on the headphones via a dial adjuster, you will likely have problems with it getting out of tune. On trips you may also get a lot of bleeding through of radio stations that use frequencies different than those used in your area. Bottom line, IR just works better in the mobile environment. |

| Wow! I just receive an email from them. They already shipped my order. I talk to one of the sales and he told me that Passenger Headrest come with a cover but not the Driver Headrest, strange.... In other words, you only need to order 1 headrest cover. I'll post some pictures when I receive them. |

I just received my monitors. They did not ship it until last Friday. The color of headrest match quite well with the stock headrest. Maybe the color is tiny bit lighter than the stock one. The craftsmanship is very good. I don't not like the cover. The picture from the website looks like vinyl or leather but it is actually made of neoprene material.

| S**T, I just realized they ship me the wrong headrest. You can see it from the pictures, the bracket is too wide. I just called and ask them if I can swap them directly from Myron and Davis which located in southern CA. |

| I hate to admit it, being a Myron dealer, but the shape of the Myron headrests are awful match to the MDX. Fortunately, we are also a I Vizualogic dealer, so I will be using those in my X. They are shaped like the factory headrests. I will spend a bit more to get a product that integrates better. As far as the Myron covers, they were available in color match leather or gray or tan vinyl until mid year at which time some genius decided they should only offer these ugly neoprene covers that stick out like a sore thumb.....not such a great idea for a security cover. |

I was not too crazy about them at first either. The Vizualogic ones are a better fit but I guess I kinda got used to the shape. |

| I know Vizualogic look much better. I knew this before I ordered them. By getting the 6" Myron and Davis monitors I could save $400. Another thing is that Vizualogic monitor does not have headphone jack. I need a headphone jack for my game system. Myron and Davis headrest monitors have built-in infrared and FM transmitter which come in handy. All I need is a pair of infrared headphones. |
