| Actual mileage VS "on screen"

Has anyone else had this? I started to do the mileage cal. on fill-ups just to see if there was a difference. I know some people saying that they're ACTUAL mileage figure to be somewhere between .5 mpg to 1.5 mpg LOWER than what the screen says.
I have the OPPOSITE happening! My actual mileage is between .4 to .75 mpg MORE than the screen says. That's weird? My over all mileage is definitely LOWER on my '03 MDX than it was on my '02 MDX. (Using reg. unleaded my be part of that, not sure)

I recorded actual mileage and trip computer's mileage on the first 7K miles of my '03 X. They seem to be pretty consistent. The difference is usually less than 0.5 mpg.

No, it doesn't. Did your ACTUAL mpg figure higher than what it says on the screen? That's what I'm looking to see if anyone has experienced it in that way. Most have said that they get LESS mpg ACTUAL than it says on the screen! |
