Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out on this...I was on logjam electronic's website looking for an adaptor for my ipod and I found the one that I think many of you have been using, but they say that its not compatible with Honda/Acuras with the 6 disc in dash cd player. Is this true? I've been searching for blitzsafe stuff on here but all I've found are people who have installed blitzsafe on MDX's with Navi and I only have the Touring, no navi no res. So does anyone know if I can use blitzsafe or not?

Thanks!!

I have a blitzsafe cable for XM and it works fine. There is an issue if you have a non-indash CD changer as it uses that port.

I do not know about the iPod cable, but I imagine that its the same.

The Blitzsafe should work just fine. I have an '04 NBP Non-Navi and recently installed a Blitzsafe HON/XM DMX DEL V.1 for use with my Roady 2. It works great, and the audio quality is superb.

If you're doing the iPod thing, there were several good posts on this forum..here's a link to a particularly good one.

Having Nav or not makes no difference to the Blitzsafe interface for the 6 disk in-dash player. There is also a V.1 D available for those with the optional Alpine under-seat disk changer as not to impair it's functionality.
