Ladies and Gents I have 2002 Red Rock Mdx Premium for sale. I have added a Manik Brushguard, Black Side tubes, Wood trim Meter Kit, Wood Shift Knob, splash guards, extra clean, garage kept dealer serviced, with only 28300 miles on it. I bought it in December of 2001, so the warranty is still in effect until December of 2005, or 50K miles. It's in excellent condition, I wash it once a week (my wife thinks I have issues). I'm asking $29500 or best reasonalble offer. Please don't email if you're going to low ball it , I'm selling it because I got my eye on something else that's coming out so I'm not desperate to unload it. It is in great shape. By the way I live in Tallahassee, Fl and the buyer would be responsible for picking up the vehicle.

| FYI - I traded my '01 w/ 47K miles back in Jan and got $27K trade-in. Have you gotten a trade offer yet? Your trade is also worth tax savings on the new car. It would seem to me that the trade-in for an '02 w/ 28K miles on it PLUS the tax savings would be worth as much or more than you are now asking. |

| I looked at TL A-SPec, they were throwing around $23 to 24000 but they did come off the sticker on the TL almost $5000. They have 3 02 MDX's on their lot for about 25 to 27 thousand with much higher miles. I really did not push them because I do want a 05 model. Mine is also a lease so I don't think I get same tax break. |
