Hi,
I just bought a base MDX last Thursday, and have a question,
Is it possible to add a CD changer (from Best Buy or Circuit City) without replacing the current head unit?
Also, is it possible to add the Satellite Navigation after the fact (from Acura dealer)?

Acura makes a CD changer that fits under the driver's seat.
It is not possible to add the factory navi system (searth, there are several threads on this point). There are several good portable gps units on the market, including models from Magellan and Garmin. Again there are several threads in this forum. You can also look here .
