For anyone that doesn't already know, the garnish is the accent on the tailgate right above the license plate that says "ACURA" on it (see pic below). Fits all model years.
I just got my '04 MDX and I've replaced the stock satin tailgate garnish with a chrome one. Acura's list price for the part is $157.80, I'm asking $100 plus shipping.
The part is in excellent condition and was on the vehicle (which was garage-kept) for less than a month.
Preferred payment method is PayPal or money order. I will accept checks but shipping will be delayed until the funds clear. Thanks! :)

| Here ya go. I just got done swapping them out this afternoon and I am working on a How-To guide for the project. Only took about an hour and a half to do. |

That looks like the exact chrome garnish as my '01, IMHO the chrome looks far better than the satin :4: |

I don't know why Acura decided to use a bi-metallic color scheme instead of sticking with just one. The emblems and handles are chrome but the front grille, rear garnish and wheels have a more satin metallic appearance. Either one by itself would have been nice but together it just breaks up the flow of the car.
I decided I prefer the chrome against black and plan to change the other satin accessories in the future, including the wheels. Although, considering the expense of wheels it may have been cheaper to stick with the satin. Satin does look good on other colors, just as the gold accents look great against red, but for a black car I personally feel the chrome looks best. Just my opinion though.
