| Has anyone complained about this to Acura. I guess the bigger question is has anyone had this radio replaced by the company. |

If you've had a tune up lately, it could be that. My 03's AM reception was fine until the tune up at 30k and then it was horrible. Try listening with the engine running and then with the engine off. If there's a big difference, bring it back to the dealer to have them check the wires under the hood. If there's not much of a difference, then it's probably the radio itself.

I had almost no AM reception and tried to get a new antenna from the dealer, but all they did was tighten the mounting nut (or maybe the grounding nut) and reception improved significantly--but I don't think it will ever be world-class. |
