And want to know if anyone has done the retrofitting the oem navigation system.
If so, Can you give me some info?

Again what do mean
"make the oem navi work on mdx that came without navi" If the MDX came with NAVI there would be no reason to retrofit. But if you mean to retrofit a MDX that had no Navi from a LCD display the short answer is no you cant.
Long answer is yes you can but the cost and labor involved would be more that it would be to have to buy a MDX with the Navi already installed or take that money into buying a after market Navigation.
BTW do a search and you will get more answers.

The big deal is if he is advert his website, most people here pay for using a banner namly hondacuraworld. Even that one is smaller.
