Looking to lease a 2005 MDX Touring w/ Navi in the next 2 days. Wanted to see if anyone had the current residual and money factor for 36 months w/ 10K or 12K miles per year.

Here is I was offered:
1) 36 months/12k or 15k is .58 residual and money factor .0055
2) 42 months/12k or 15k is .56 residual and money factor .0023
3) Bank Fee was only $595
The 15k adds about 20 bucks more a month to the payment.
I went with the 42 month/15k miles with 1800 out of pocket and a payment of $588 including tax.
This works out to about 41,000 for the Touring Res/Navi
Out of Pocket Itemized:
1) 588 first month
2) 595 bank fee
3) 319 DMV (4 years)
4) 152 Doc Fee
5) 146 unexplained Fee (This can be added to price of car instead if you prefer)
Totals to $1800
I think it's a pretty good deal. Not happy about the 42 months, I would have preferred 36 months. |
