| Just got our new (well new to us) 04 MDX Touring w/Nav & RES. Worked a great deal with Prestige Acura in Santa Rosa, CA for 37500. My wife loves the cars (we also have a 03 TL-S - mine). Now looking at accessories, which ones. Looking at the spoiler, bright chrome side steps, and cargo tray (we had a cargo tray in our Dodge Gr Caravan). Any thoughts on the BSM or wood interior add-on's? |

| Wow! that is a good deal. How much are the 05 MDX with the same option? |

That is a good deal....well done.
Cargo tray is nice...or is it the liner I have...can't remember. I have the black one-piece liner...I have to remove it when I want to use the 3rd row. Not a big deal to me.
I like the spoiler...as opposed to the wind deflector. And in my opinion the wood gauge cluster piece looks like an add-on....not well integrated. The BSMs look OK, but they do offer decent protection. My non-BSM MDX has 1 ding in 6,000 miles. But I personally love the cleaner look of the MDX without the BSMs. |

I think the wood trim around the dashboard instrument
cluster was the best addition to my X. It balanced out
the plood trim in the vehicle... An easy install.... |

I went to www.exotic wooddash.com and bought a plood kit for my '04 TL and added it my self. Quite easy to do and I'll do the same with my new MDX purchase. I think it "warms" the interior up. The kit they sell has more pieces than just the dasboard instrument cluster. There are pieces for the vents and other areas. I was very pleased with their customer service- they messed up my order initially and fixed it expeditiously. The entire job took less than an hour and I worked slowly siince it was my first time.
I'm still considering BSM's and have already asked them to add the running boards- these definitely help keep the SUV body clean and I think it adds a more finished look.
Can you just prop the cargo tray up when using the 3rd row of seats?
I'm getting the cargo net, wheel locks, all-season floor mats and rear air deflector.
