| I was quoted a price of $34.800 for a 2004 Touring package MDX with side moulding and front window tint. It was a demo and has 900 miles on it. It is Sagebrush color with grey interior leather. Is this a good deal? |

| I'd say no. With 900 miles on it, it's technically a year old used car. That's not even $3000 less than I paid for my 2005 touring w/Navi that came to me with 7 miles. I would check Edmunds for the depreciation rate and go from there. |

| If one goes to Kelly Blue Book, that is the ~ Trade-In-Value for a used 2004 w/ 900 miles on it. That seems to me to be a fair price and a good deal. I would compare to a new 2005 (best deal) and then decide. |

You should be able to do a little better as there is $1000 extra dealer cash right now on the '04's that are left.
My guess would be that you could get it for $34,000. I bought an '04 touring in Aug. (no extra dealer cash at the time) for $35,400.
Good luck!
BTW...an '04 with 900 miles is a demo NOT a used vehicle!! |

| I don't know much about cars. What does $1,000 extra dealer cash" mean? |

all1cat,
I may be confused but.... edmunds shows invoice for a 2005 Touring/Navi as $38,650. Are you saying that you bought it for less than $37,800? I know that you can buy a 2005 closer to invoice than MSRP but, I haven't seen anyone selling them at $1,000 under invoice. Please clarify.
Thanks, |

Bunion...
The extra $1000 is incentive money that Acura gives to the dealer to help move the '04 inventory |
