Hi Everyone,
I know I am probably not posting this in the correct format, but I need help. I am looking to lease a 2005 MDX in NJ and I really do not like putting down payments, buyout at the end, etc. I am leasing for the pure fact of "renting" an auto and returning it afterwards.
My dealer is offering me an 05 Base Model for $495 per month, with $770 due at pickup of the car (First months payment and $275 for misc fees). Does this sound like a good deal on a base MDX? He is also willing to throw in a rear DVD player (probably not highest quality but its better than nothing.) Any input on this deal? I need to make a decision ASAP. Thanks a bunch to all who reply.

| What are the lease terms, ie how many months and how many miles per year allowed? I just leased a premium (base) '05 with roof rack, body side molding, mud flaps, wheel locks, all weather mats and cargo mats added, for $580/month, $600 down at signing, with terms of 42 months, 15,000 miles/year; I traded my '02 x in for $22k, and my payoff at the bank on it was $23, 888; the dealer paid off the difference, basically added that approx $2k to the new one and then discounted it about $2k. I was satisfied with that. |
