So I bought a cargo cover from Tim (great service, thanks!!), installed it and now it rattles constantly. It's fine if I have radio on, but otherwise there is constant noise from the place where cargo cover is attached (right behind the second row seats) -- sounds like squeaking or something. Anybody else have the same problem? Did I install it incorrectly???
Forgot to mention it's a 2005 MDX
Thanks |

Double check that the ends are seated in the recesses completely. I know if I put mine in and it isnt all the way in it makes noise.

This has been discussed before but I can't seem to find the thread. I've got a rattle but it's more of a tinny sound like the vinyl shaking up and down against the metal. I always have it in as tight as can be. Right now I have it sitting on the floor of the cargo area. :(

Yes, I got that annoying sound on mine. Probably not related to seating it because I tried to adjust/move it before and it didn't help. Then I slip some thick paper/card stuff into the gap between/inside the long metal and plastic cap thing. This gap is about 2 inches or so from the end of the bar and goes around the bar (except for the part where the cargo cover slides out). Then the sound went away. Now this sound is back again (after a few months). Time to squeeze more paper stuff in there...

Same here. I found some large pieces of felt and stuffed them in the ends as well. Little better, but still not right. Thanks, Acura!
