If you had to pick one which would it be? Bull bar or brush grille guard? I myself would rather have neither, but if you had to pick? I've only found a few choices (there arent many), any leads?

I'd take the Westin Safari Bar in chrome... provided they would make it for the MDX. They make it for the Pilot but no-go for the MDX.
None of the other bull bars on the market do enough for me to pull the trigger. |

| the Westin bar on the pilot looks nice, the bar diameter isnt as large as the one from t/h and the black actually looks nicer than chrome (at least in my eyes) I hope more choices come out for the X. |

Take those lights off and it really isn't too bad. The MDX really needs something to protect that pointy noise from minor altercations.

FWIW, I like the black one on the Pilot there. It's nice and understated, while being functional.
Although the chrome would probably look nice, too.

Probably nothing.
THe "chin" on the Pilot looks more underslung, however- the MDX 04-05 is more square at the bottom of the front. I'd like to get hold of one of these bars, and see if it fits the MDX.

If you get me a few pictures of that bar from different angles and a few pictures of MDX front from different angles I can put two together neatly. This way you'll be able to see what it looks like on MDX without buying it first. If you like it, then take a chance... | Thanks for the offer, but I'm really interested in the clearance between the front corner of the chin, and the bend in the bar. It will, I'm afraid, require fitting it up. I wonder if any brick/mortar stores stock these around here. |
