...not worth it to me to dig into to tdash for a hardware mod for something so trivial.
Maybe with the Alpine unit now getting a wider distrubution some enterprising folks will be able to figure out a nice sw hack to get the job done. Or atleast get a hw hack that is plug n' play -- I'm thinking somehow leverage the PCMCIA or at least build a mod like the Nissan unit for but with connectors that go IN LINE between touch screen & processsor... |
