TIm:
Yes, I interested. I'm picking up my new '05 of Friday (you may recall I just purchased a a towing accessory, BSM and fender flares this week from your company)
Could you post a list of prices for the MDX like your doing on the Pilot forum?:26: |
|

| pisay87 |
| Tim, I'm also interested...mainly on the 7yr/100K no-deductible. But for comparison, perhaps you can list down the prices for all the different options. Thanks. |

Tim, if you can get close to those prices, count me in

I am surprised at the figures:
...
7 yr 100K - 1580.00
It seemed that it's a little high. I bought my 05 MDX (with Navi) about a month ago (in Portland, OR). At first, they offered a 7 yr 90K with some deductible (by some place that the dealership uses, I wasn't planning to buy and didn't care about the plan so the info didn't stick) for $1100 so I asked about Accuracare plan. (Because I have the 7 yr 100k with 0 deductible for my 03 TL-S, which I got for $1000.) So without having to do/say anything, the bus. mgr offered it - 7yr 100k with 0 deductible - for 1160, so we took it (supposed I could have go back and forth for $50-$100 less but I thought I got a fair deal on the car so oh well). Anyway, I would think that you can definitely got it a little less. Just my 2 cents :) |

I just called my local dealer who quoted me $1,530 (including the surcharge of $120) for the 6yr/100,000 extension.
This price is $280 less. A very good deal that I may well take advantage of (I still need an approval from the boss). |

| Planning to buy my MDX Touring tonight. What type of savings are we talking about by buying the extended warranty as part of the group? (7 year, 100,000 miles) Thanks.... |

Tim,
Thanks for setting this up. I spoke with Sal yesterday and chose the 7 yr 75K - 990.00 plan since I only have 21K miles. Now let's hope I don't need it!:7: |

Does anyone have the rundown on the major differences between the extended warranty and original factory warranty?
Thanks.

According to Tim this Group Buy was only good through Monday March 14. So unless it can be extended I think its too late.
Hey Tim is it too late - there appear to be several still interested.

| I got mine, 6yr. 100K. No tax if your not in NY. From what I understand this is the Honda/Acura warranty. It also extends the Roadside Assistance. |

Tim,
What'd be the extended warranty on a 2005 with 1600 miles?
Thanks |

Count me in for my 2001 MDX w/40k miles.
7years/100k maybe... |

Just got the paperwork in the mail from Russ...
I was a little surprised to see that oil changes (up to $25) are covered. Also, as was mentioned earlier, it includes membership inthe "Cross Country Motor Club" which I assume is similar to Acura Care? |
|
|
| nicksan |
I'm a bit confused by this. Is this the HondaCare? Not the AcuraCare?
I followed the link on the first post and it is for HondaCare.
Are they one of the same? |
