| hey y'all, new here, so don't laugh....do you have to take the door panels off to replace spkrs? what size are they, 6.5? I don't have Bose, so is there any way to add an amp for the sub? and finally, can you retrofit a navi system in if it didn't come from the factory (plug and play)? thanks in advance for the help!! also, what size is the stock sub and is there room for a better one in the stock area? |

The question about "adding in the factory Navi after the fact" is probably a top ten question -- short answer is NO. The wiring harness changes and cost of orignal components make this all but impossible.
Speaker upgrade, OTOH, is quite easy. The effort to take out the cruddy stock speakers is quite small, the size is 6.5" and fairly easy. You can and amps too, that gets more complicated. Search on it too.
Good Luck! |
