Bought a 2005 MDX Black color. The car doesn't seemed to be polished. when they deliver the car , would the dealer polish the car before handing it over.

i think it is up to the dealer to decide on the maintenance of the vehicle. heck, they can hand over a dirty X to you and if you agree, by driving the car off the lot, all problems are in your hands.
same idea on the so called "inspected" - "certified." dealers supposedly checked the vehicles for problems before handing the vehicle over for resale but no guarantees if they actually did the work. to me its another way of selling insurance, protection, warranty added to the cost of the vehicle that you paid for. if the vehicle had a problem, the dealer does not lose money. just my thoughts for this monday morning...if i made any sense at all. :2: |

When i took delivery , i felt like looking at a Old CAR .
No , i have to spend $10 for car wash.
Do you know where i can get zaino in NJ (can i get it in pepboys ) |

| sorry, not familiar with that area any more...grew up in Cresskill, near Alpine. lots of changes from what i was told. i usually order my zaino products online. |

| I purchased my first car over 40 years ago. In all that time, I've never had a dealer deliver a dirty car, even a used car. In fact, the dealership where I bought my "preowned" MDX provides free car washes anytime I bring it in, plus free coffee/beverages & snacks while I wait 10 minutes for it to be washed. Heck of a deal - I go there for my mid-morning coffee and danish break! |

| I don't know how good the polish would be but I think they should give it a quick once over at least. Mine had a little adhesive residue from the shipping plastic. They didn't know I was coming so I said I could take it like it is. They insisted I wait about 15 minutes and it came out sparkling top to bottom. |
