:22: I'll be using that one in my next Sexual Harassment Prevention Training sessions.
You may not be aware that California has now adopted another stupid law. All companies employing 50 or more employees must provide 2 hours of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training to all their Supervisory personnel before 1/1/2006. I'm OK with that as I do the training in-house myself, as well doing it on a consulting basis for other employers (with all it's annual updates) for about 15 years.
The dumb thing about the law is that it ignores employers with less than 50 employees. That's like saying SH does not occur in small businesses. :rolleyes: |

...companies bigger than 50 employees didn't lobby hard enough to kill this silliness, and the horse trading that happens in Sacremento was heavily influenced by "small business" lobbyists -- a lot of whom are realtors & insurance agents -- just like the legislators...
