Ok, I can hardly wait. Tomorrow I'll be in the "delivery room" to get my new blue MDX. So, I haven't heard much about names here. What have you named your rides? A few thoughts:
Dr. X
Madame X
Steelie (steel blue)
The X
Dexter
or just Betty (I don't know why)
I did get quite a deal. More details tomorrow. And yes, I know, this thread is useless without pictures. |

I call mine MDX
Same here.
My wife calls it "the white car" because she can't remember the make or model and cares not a whit about cars in general. Hers is "the green car" but you could've guessed that. :)
My daughter calls it "Trixie" because I told her that was the name of the woman whose voice you hear in the NAVI. |

I've wondered the same thing. I was trying to think of a clever license plate. I have a black '97 Mustang Cobra and the license plate that says "poisoned" (POISNED). Some of my ideas:
PROF X
PWR OF X
X TA C
MY DAM X
And a few others I can't remember. Obviously these are all derivatives of MDX. Hope that helps. I'm still searching. |

I doubt this site has many DMX fans. He is a rapper for those who don't know. He had a pretty big song, where at the beginning he belts out his own name, "D.....M.....X....".
When I'm in a crazy mood, I chant "M.....D.....X", and then bust into some hip-hop dance moves! :blingblin
SO my MDX's stupid name is....well "MDX". But said in the style of DMX! Anyone confused? ;) |

I named mine GadJets because it has all the bells and whistles and it's Nighthawk Black Pearl. I was going to go for GadJet X but didn't want to have it MDX branded in case [heaven forbid] I don't buy another one after this but I'm hooked on my X so I don't see that happening.
A couple to consider:
MDXTRAS
MDXTCY |

Does it have a male or female voice? Most inatimate objects (boats in particular) are refered to in the female gender. I still haven't named mine yet. I'll ask the kids. They can be really creative sometimes.
