We seem to have an issue with our heat shield slipping out of place. We don't do any off road driving (yeh we know we do have an SUV) so not sure how it could have gotten knocked loose.
We asked Acura dealership to look at it when they did the oil change last week and the sound is now worse-
anyone else have this problem?

I can't get under the X to take a pic yet-maybe this weekend...
it sounds like the headshield that sits over top the exhaust between the front seats
We had the same problem in our 03 X- acura said it's probably from hitting a puddle...

| Could be a pebble or similar substance that bounced up between the shield and the catalytic convertor. |
