I wanted to share with you all the newest addition to the Smith motor family.
It's a 1998 Volvo C70 HPT Coupe with a Five-Speed Manual with all the options. Just under 100,000 miles. I got a good deal on a private sale.
I'm aware of the reliability issues with the C70s, but I've always really liked these, so I decided to take the risk. I got such a good deal that it really can't be expected to be perfect!
I plan to learn how to do some of the maintenance myself, and maybe upgrade it somewhat.

Last one... I like the wheels, I usually don't go in for custom wheels, but these are tasteful, I think.
It needs a little work on the sunroof and driver's side window, and some interior fixing up. But all in all a really good deal for me. :cool:
Don't you just love my dying yard? It's so nice to live in a pseudo-desert. Between the water restrictions and my (just discovered today) malfunctioning sprinkler system, it's had a rough time.
I love Colorado, but sometimes it can be hard to maintain a decent-looking yard! :rolleyes: |

That's the one... I never saw that, but I hear it was pretty good. The Volvo dealer here in CS used to have a poster of that movie because of the car...
In the original Saint TV series he drove another Volvo coupe, so it makes sense.
