From what you've heard, what's your opinion?
From the undersigned's point of view, it seems that the family does have a monetary interest in fabricating a story.
Then there stories from both the prosecution and defense countering his past behavior. Generally, using a prior bad acts is not a good barometer that someone actually committed a crime. My .02 of course.
Tough call if you ask me. |

Tough call? I hope you're kidding. Do you really need more evidence?
I can't for the life of me see how so many people keep getting totally lost in bull$hit side issues, like who might have paid who to testify and who might stand to gain what by finding him guilty. None of that matters one bit to the issue of guilt. Those things are called diversions and I thought most lawyers knew them when they saw them.
Look at the proven and/or admitted facts and forget the bull$****! He's a grown man that kept tons of gay pornography at Neverland, gives wine to children in coke cans, calling it 'Jesus Juice', and admits to having slept with more than 300 young boys? How much "spelling it out" do you need?
What the hell happened to common sense in this country? Now I see why O.J. was acquitted! Geez!!
Whew! Now that's what I call a rant! |

Needless to say a weird case of a weird person. From what I have seen of the history of the plaintiff, it seems "Jacko" did not do what the "kiddo's parentso claimo". Let's see what the Judgo and Juro decido :)
Funny why people followed gossip magazine's butchered name for him? I wonder if we can call Schwarzenneger Schwarzo....or maybe Molesto....hmmm :1: |

Guilty! :behead: (I didn't see a smilie for what should really get chopped off).
When I let my two son's visit his ranch at Neverland in the early 90's, (my neighbor was a high-level employee of his), it was only on the condition that MJ was out of the country at the time, as I had my suspicions even then. Potentially worst yet, our local Boy Scout council came very close to naming the local summer camp in Lake Arrowhead the "Michael Jackson Scout Reservation" when he agreed to donate $1M to pave a new road on the property. The deal fell apart at the last minute so now the camp is named after a major cemetery who came to the rescue - "Forest Lawn Scout Reservation". |

It seems everyone missed out on deliberations on the plaintiff's involved in fradulent lawsuits to extort some money including places like JC Penney where they claimed something like "bad environment" by making her son slip and wanted financial restitution. The security cameras vindicated JC Penney when it showed they planned it out.
Even George Lopez was in court to testify that the accused's family was trying to get a lot of money from him. The father got really upset to a degree on George's refusal, that George decided to sever relations. This was before they latched on to Michael.
Pedophilia is a despicable crime. He should be fried if that's true but right now, there's enough holes in the case to make a conclusive judgement either. Remember the innocent until proven guilty? |

Not enough information to make judgment. I would probably have to be sitting in the courtroom to make a call on this one. Might not even to make call even then. The guy is a pure nut case. Buf guilty???
