Going to MEM with the wife in a couple of weeks. We're leaving at different times and she doesn't have time to drop me off at the airport. It's $20-25 by taxi. Yeah I'm innately cheap. I'd rather take the bus. Why not ? It's already going there.
She says it's not safe. I say BS. I've been to Memphis many times (though she has been too many times to count) and never once felt unsafe. Is it ? I'll be going around noon on a weekday.

I'll probably have to call the bus service but I think this is what I want. We're staying downtown at the Peabody or a hotel somewhere in the area.
EDIT: I just now read the sked a little closer, this might not be an option in the middle of the day. |
