I am pleased to be the new owner of a Billet Silver/Quartz Touring, NAV and DVD model. Picked it up Tuesday night, end of the month sale. I paid $39,800.00, which I guess is OK?? I tried every dealer in the tri-state area for weeks for the best deal. Absloutely night and day compared to my traded '03. Love the gauges, love the XM up on the nav screen. There's lots more to love and report, I just need more time in the seat. It's my wife's and I'll rarely drive it anyway. Well I'm out to the garage for some detailing!

Cheers

Welcome, Don't worry, you'll get to drive it when the gas tank is empty!!!. Just remember to go to a gas station across town!! You can always say you got the gas cheaper across town!:2:

I did the same thing three months ago (no DVD).

What a Big difference; especially the Navi/Hands Free system. I still find minor changes they made every week.

Good luck.

Price of $39,800 (assuming before TT&L) is 700 below dealer invoice.
Not bad, I'd be content with invoice. Curious to know how many X's were on the lot of the dealer you bought from ?

Did you get a good price on the trade in of your '03 and how many miles ???

I did the same swap if you will from an 03 to an 05....WOW what a nice difference ! I think I got the same black/ebony navi/res for $40K.....enjoy and don't forget to apply some Zaino on that puppy ! :D

Thanks guys for the replies, and I ended up getting $29,500. 00 on the trade, which was KBB trade value for excellent condition, which the vehicle was in. It had 19,100 miles upon trade-in. So all in all I think I made out alright. No on to Tim for accessories!

Cheers
Gerry
