Hi there, I'm the proud owner of a 2005 Slate Grey X (without navi) however I've recently encountered a problem. When I take the key out of the ignition quickly and put the vehicle in park, I've encountered on 3 seperate occasions, that the X still thinks that the key is in the ignition and will not let me arm the vehicle (the green key indicator lights up on dash). It is not until I insert the key again that the problem disappears. Has anybody else experienced this before or should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance! |

Take it back to the dealer and have them look at it. |

Totally agree with Echo. With new vehicle always take it back to where you bought it for problems.

Maybe I am not following you too carefully, but shouldn't you be putting the vehicle in park first, then removing the key? |

| Hey thanks for the replies guys, I'll take it to the dealership and see what they have to say. Supo, I am putting the vehicle in park before I remove the key out. |
