The cover is still available. I don't have pictures right now. I can post some later. It is brand new. I used it twiced.
I don't know the part number. It should be the same for your 2005 MDX. Confirm with Tim at hondacuraworld.com. I'm pretty sure Acura did not change anything.

You're right Tim! The tire sensor is like $30 and the wheel is like almost $200 brand new.
