There've been a lot of posts about the $60/$77 special but I wanted to add my $.02. My XM subscription (3 months free) was about to expire so I called XM to renew the subscription. When I got the person on the phone, I gave her my radio code and told her that I wanted the 1 year subscription for $77. She immediately asked if I had received an invitation in the mail for the special rate - I of course said 'yes'. I gave her my credit card info and that was it, she didn't ask for a promo code or anything!!!
So if you're going to pay for XM, just tell them that you received an offer in the mail and you should be all set for the $77/year special!!! |

It didn't work for me. I'm also in my three free months, and they told me I can't add the $77/year until my current special expires.
They said I had to call back after the 3 month are over. Two different XM people told me the same thing.
