| Gift card good for navi update?

I received a $100 gift card from Acura. I'd like to use it to order the DVD navigation update, but there doesn't seem to be any way to reach a live ordering person. A couple of dealers I've called have said I can't order through them, I need to use the website. Has anyone managed to use an Acura gift card at the http://www.acuranavi.com website?
